OUR SERVICES

Every fleet is different. So is the risk behind the wheel.

Fleetline services are designed around the driver, the vehicle and the way the job actually works, from individual development and assessment to fleet-wide programmes and workshops.

01 | Driver Development Programme

For drivers already doing the job. We look at day-to-day driving, build on what's working, focus on what needs attention and check whether the changes carry into normal driving.

Typical duration: 3 hrs

02 | Pre-Employment Driver Assessment

For employers considering a new driver. See how the candidate handles the vehicle and the type of driving the role will actually involve before making a decision.

Typical duration: Car/Van 90 mins · Larger vehicles 2 hrs

03 | New Starter Driver Programme

For drivers joining a business, changing vehicle or stepping into a new driving role. We help them get familiar with the vehicle, the job and the working environment before they settle into normal duties.

Typical duration: 2.5 hrs

04 | Targeted Driver Support Programme

For drivers where a concern, incident or recurring issue has been identified. We look at what is happening, focus on the areas that matter and check whether the driver can apply the changes in normal driving.

Typical duration: 2.5–3 hrs

05 | Return-to-Driving Programme

For drivers returning to workplace driving after time away, reduced confidence or a change in role or vehicle. We focus on rebuilding familiarity and confidence around the vehicle and duties they are returning to.

Typical duration: 2.5 hrs

06 | Real-World Driver Observation Programme

For businesses that want to understand driving risk as it happens during the working day. We observe the driver, vehicle, role and operating environment together rather than looking at driving in isolation.

Typical duration: 3.5–4 hrs

SPECIALIST PROGRAMMES

07 | EV Fleet Transition Programme

For businesses introducing EVs or moving drivers from petrol or diesel vehicles. We focus on how EVs behave in day-to-day work, including controls, regenerative braking, range and charging, with individual driving time built into the programme.

Typical duration: 3.5 hrs

08 | Van Driver Safety & Familiarisation Programme

For drivers moving into vans, changing vehicle size or type, or building confidence. We focus on visibility, space, manoeuvring, reversing and everyday van-driving risks, with time behind the wheel to put it into practice.

Typical duration: 2.5–3 hrs

09 | Fleet Driver Safety Workshop

For experienced workplace drivers who drive as part of their job. We use real situations, discussion and everyday driving pressures to challenge routine habits, assumptions and risk, with clear actions drivers can take back into the working day.

Typical duration: 3.5 hrs

10 | Manager & Supervisor Driver Risk Workshop

For managers and supervisors who influence drivers, schedules, routes, workload and vehicles. We look at how risk develops across the job, what may be driving it and where management action can make a difference.

Typical duration: 3.5 hrs

BUILT AROUND THE REAL JOB

We don't start with a one-size-fits-all solution and work backwards. We look at the driver, the vehicle, the role and the operating environment to understand what is actually happening before deciding what needs to change and what will make a difference.
